General Information

I am a single mother with one son, I work full time and have a busy schedule juggling the day to day demands of these dynamics --- single parenting and work. I am kind, mature,warm hearted,affectionate,independent,outspoken, liberal-minded,loyal and honest(sometimes to a fault). I say how I feel and am straightforward. To me, talk is good, but putting these words into action brings them genuine meaning and depth; otherwise, they are -- just words. When I am not working I enjoy spending time alone or with friends. Being able to spend time alone doing my own thing is very important to me as well as spending time with others. I find being with anyone who isn't comfortable spending time alone, a big turn off and view this as suffocating and clingy. I feel we must learn what makes us "tick" first and makes us happy so that when we eventually come together with that special someone --- we do not lose our autonomy and individuality. I find too many people end up in a relationship and end up totally putting their own needs/wants aside and focus on what their partner wants.I feel if this is done with more of a balance/ give and take,then the desire for personal growth remains entact and therefore, drives the desire to push ourselves and our mates to their greatest potential --- as a couple. MUTUAL RESPECT AND ADMIRATION IS A BLISSFUL THING ;)Does this make any sense to anyone or am I just coming across as too judgemental and insensitive ??? I am also a huge UFC fan and love Mixed Martial Arts of all kinds. I truly appreciate and admire the self-discipline, talent, sacrifices, over all dedication and character that is built/displayed from these fighters. To me, it is the ultimate sport --- no equipment,only your body with no protective gear (thin gloves at times)and the pure skill/talent that you bring forward in the match ! GO GEORGE ST.PIERRE AND ANDERSON SILVA!!!! What an adreneline rush ! But don't get me started on this topic for now, or I'll just go on and on and on .... ;)

Appearance

I stand 5'9" and am told that I have a somewhat athletic build with broad shoulders and a smaller upper torso than my lower body. I do not work out but have a slender appearance due to my job where I am on my feet all day and then keeping active once I arrive home and must do the daily cooking, cleaning, homework help,etc...as well I try and watch my food intake so that my weight doesn't get out of control. My hair is basically brown with a slight reddish tint to it. It is how you see it in my pic most times or in a ponytail for easy "wash and go" times.My eyes are bluish-green and I do get compliments on their colour on a regular basis -- they are very intense, expressive and revealing(so I have been told). My lips are not very full but I am told that I have a warm smile and am a great kisser! ;)As for my clothing style, I would have to say that I am pretty casual most times, but do "clean up" well when the occassion calls for it. :)

Besides the above mentioned info, I am looking to find someone that has an easy going personality, has a good sense of humour, is affectionate, honest,loyal,tall(around 6 feet or taller would be nice), slender to athletic in build, race is not an issue for me --- I enjoy and appreciate alot of differences,however, I do find myself attracted more to men that have darker features than myself -- black hair, brown eyes and darker complections really get my attention and if you end up being tall as well then ---- LOOK OUT !
